Using a spiralizer or a sharp knife, cut the potatoes into long, thin strips, twisting them into a spiral shape as you go. Aloo Bhujiya (SEV) Veg. Stuffed Paratha


A special indian Stuffed paratha - with combinations of veges. and crunchy aloo bhujiya sev - can be served hot and kids might love it in meals or lunch box as well. you can add veges. of your choice which can turn it into delicious meal and can be served anytime with different options. as kids get bored from same routine this is one of the best option / alternative meal which can make your work easy and can make your kids happy too. 

Ingredients:

  • Aloo bhujiya sev - 1-2 cup
  • Capsicum - 2 medium
  • Onion - 3-4 med. 
  • Raw Mango - 1 med. ( optional )
  • Coriander leaves - 1/4th bowl 
  • Red Chilly powder - 1 tspn
  • Salt to taste 
  • Schezwan Sauce - ( optional ) 
  • Chapati ( Roti ) 

Making /  Method

Take a Dish or big bowl , add chopped Capsicum ( roughly or finely chopped ) , 
add chopped onions , 
add raw mango , 
add aloo bhujiya sev , 
add coriander leaves ( finely chopped ) , 
add red chilly powder , 
add salt to taste and mix it well , 
you can also add schezwan sauce in this stuffing ( as per your requirement ) - Our stuffing is ready 

lets prepare our simple chapati ( roti ) , roast it first from both sides ( Half Roasted ) , you can bind these parathas using 2 rotis ( chapatis ) or you can use your own way ( as per your choice ) 
here i am using 2 rotis for 1 chapati. bind it well ( use water drops on the corners of roti to stick it ) . 

Now lets prepare our paratha crispy outside and soft inside, roast both the sides using ghee , butter or oil ( as per your choice ) , i prefer ghee for parathas. 

Our Crispy and soft yummy paratha is ready to serve. 
you can add more aloo bhujiya sev in it while serving. 

Serve it with Mayonnaise or Schezwan chutney / Sauce.
