Spicy Tadka Maggi Recipe

Ingredients:  Maggi : 2 pkt Cooking oil : 2 tbsp Salt : to taste Green chilly : 1-2 pc Coriander leaves : 2 tbsp Red chilly powder : 1/2 tsp Maggi masala : 2 pkt Green peas (frozen)  : 1/2 bowl Method :  Take a pan , heat oil , add green chilies finely chopped and add Maggi masala ( 2 pkt ) or as per your requirement of maggi pkts.  now roast the Maggi masala till it brings out the flavour and good smell , now add maggi   ( 2 pkts ) break it into medium pieces and roast it for 2-3 mins,  now slightly add water and feel the smell and good fragrance of the tadka and add 2 glass of water ( do not add simultaneously ) ,  now add salt to taste and add spices as per your requirement ( i.e turmeric powder, red chilly powder etc ) and cook it for next 7-9 mins on low-med flame.  you can set the texture of maggi as per
