Ingredients: Soyabean Chunks - 1 packet Cabbage - 1 bowl Capsicum - 1 bowl Onion - 1-2 med.  Cornflour or Maida  - ( 1 med. bowl )  Food Colour ( Optional ) - 2-3 pinches  Red chilly Powder - 1 tspn Green Chilly Sauce - 3 tspn Red Chilly Sauce - 3 tspn Garlic - 3-4 tspn Ginger - 3-4 tspn Soya Sauce - 2 tspn  Paneer Chilly Masala - 1 packet  Oil and water - as required  Making /  Method Soak soyabean chunks in water for 1 hours , after an hour squeeze it well and now add maida or cornflour for binding ( 1 medium bowl ) , add food colour 2-3 pinches ( optional ) , add salt to taste , add little water and mix it well. make sure its not too
