Potato Tornado Recipe

To make a potato tornado, all you need is a spiralizer or a sharp knife, some potatoes, oil, and seasonings. Here's a step-by-step guide to making the perfect potato tornado: Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Step 2: Wash and peel your potatoes. Using a spiralizer or a sharp knife, cut the potatoes into long, thin strips, twisting them into a spiral shape as you go. Step 3: Insert a skewer into the bottom of each potato tornado, making sure it goes all the way through. Step 4: Brush the potato tornadoes with oil, making sure to coat them evenly. You can use olive oil, vegetable oil, or any other oil you prefer. Step 5: Sprinkle your favorite seasoning blend ove

Soyabean Chilly Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Soyabean Chunks - 1 packet
  • Cabbage - 1 bowl
  • Capsicum - 1 bowl
  • Onion - 1-2 med. 
  • Cornflour or Maida  - ( 1 med. bowl ) 
  • Food Colour ( Optional ) - 2-3 pinches 
  • Red chilly Powder - 1 tspn
  • Green Chilly Sauce - 3 tspn
  • Red Chilly Sauce - 3 tspn
  • Garlic - 3-4 tspn
  • Ginger - 3-4 tspn
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tspn 
  • Paneer Chilly Masala - 1 packet 
  • Oil and water - as required 



Making /  Method

Soak soyabean chunks in water for 1 hours , after an hour squeeze it well and now add maida or cornflour for binding ( 1 medium bowl ) , add food colour 2-3 pinches ( optional ) , add salt to taste , add little water and mix it well. make sure its not too sticky but binded well . 

Heat oil on a med flame to deep fry our chunks. ( 6-8 minutes )
Once all our soyabean chunks are deep fried take it out in a bowl. 

Lets prepare Its Gravy 
Take a frying pan or kadhai , heat oil 4-6 tspn, add chopped ginger and roast it for few seconds, add chopped Garlic and roast it for 1-2 minutes, now add chopped onion , add chopped capsicum and cook it for 1-2 minutes ( you can adjust the time by adjusting low - med flame ) and now add Chopped cabbage and cook it for 2-3 minutes on med or high flame ) 

Now Add little Water - 3-4 tbsp , add red chilly powder , add red chilly sauce - 2-3 tspn , add green chilly sauce - 2-3 tspn , add Soya Sauce - 2-3 tspn , add Paneer chilly masala - 1 packet and saute it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes , also add little water if required. 

Now Add Maida ( if required ) else skip 
Finally Add our deep fried Soyabean chunnks and saute it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes on a low flame. 

Our Super Delicious Soyabean chilly is ready to serve
Garnish it as you like.
