Yummilicous & Hot, My Fav Desert In The Pot -  "Dry Fruit Rabdi / Rabri Recipe" One of the Famous North Indian Desert / Dish - Healthy and Super Delicious Sweet, Made from full cream Milk & Cherishing it with Dry Fruits. Rabri - Delicious form of Small pieces of Solidified milk by reducing its size into A thicken form. Ingredients: Milk - 1/2 ltr Cashew Nuts - ( Half Crushed ) Almonds - ( Half Crushed ) Pistachio - ( Half Crushed ) Sugar - 2 & 1/2 tbsp Milk Powder - 2-3 tbsp  Cardamom powder - 1-2 tspn Making /  Method Take a Kadhai , add milk 1/2 ltr , high flame till 1st boil , now boil milk on low flame till it reduces to 1/2 of its quantity,  ( Rabdi gets ready in 20-30 minutes on low-med flame )  Stir continuously - take care that milk does not burn.
