Here's a step-by-step guide to making the perfect potato tornado: Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Step 2: Wash and peel your potatoes. Using a spiralizer or a sharp knife, cut the potatoes into long, thin strips, twisting them into a spiral shape as you go. Step 3: Insert a skewer into the bottom of each potato tornado, making sure it goes all the way through. Step 4: Brush the potato tornadoes with oil, making sure to coat them evenly. Dry Fruit Rabdi / Rabri Recipe | ड्राई फ्रूट रबड़ी | Homemade Delicious Desert

Yummilicous & Hot, My Fav Desert In The Pot - 
"Dry Fruit Rabdi / Rabri Recipe"

One of the Famous North Indian Desert / Dish - Healthy and Super Delicious Sweet, Made from full cream Milk & Cherishing it with Dry Fruits. Rabri - Delicious form of Small pieces of Solidified milk by reducing its size into A thicken form.

Ingredients:

  • Milk - 1/2 ltr
  • Cashew Nuts - ( Half Crushed )
  • Almonds - ( Half Crushed )
  • Pistachio - ( Half Crushed )
  • Sugar - 2 & 1/2 tbsp
  • Milk Powder - 2-3 tbsp 
  • Cardamom powder - 1-2 tspn

Making /  Method


Take a Kadhai , add milk 1/2 ltr , high flame till 1st boil , now boil milk on low flame till it reduces to 1/2 of its quantity, 

( Rabdi gets ready in 20-30 minutes on low-med flame ) 
Stir continuously - take care that milk does not burn. 
 
Now when milk reduces to half  - now add Crushed cashew nuts , add cardamom powder ( optional ) , Now add Milk Powder - 2-3 tbsp ( as your requirement - depends on thickness you want ) ( you can set consistency as your requirement )  - mix it well and stir continuously 


Now add crushed Almonds , add crushed pistachio , add crushed cashew nuts. and Stir for 10 minutes - till proper thick consistency.  

( you can skip adding the dry fruits if you don't like it - you can make simple rabdi / rabri ) 

Preparing this recipe on low flame always gives best results. 

Now after 20 to 22  minutes our Rabri looks thick and now add Sugar - 2 and 1/2 tbsp 
Now mix it well and Stir for 5-7 minutes 

add extra dry fruits or as you like. 

If the consistency of rabri is thick you can add little quantity of milk and keep it on flame for 2-3 minutes on low flame. 

Our Fresh and healthy Yummy Dry Fruit Rabdi is Ready to serve 
Turn the Flame off 

Serve it hot or Refrigerate it. and serve cold ( as per your choice )

While serving for others you can garnish it with extra dry fruits.
