Here's a step-by-step guide to making the perfect potato tornado: Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Step 2: Wash and peel your potatoes. Using a spiralizer or a sharp knife, cut the potatoes into long, thin strips, twisting them into a spiral shape as you go. Indian Style Tomato Pasta | Red Sauce Pasta | स्वादिष्ट पास्ता रेसिपी 🍝

Ingredients:

  • Pasta / macroni - 200-250 gms
  • Tomato - 2-3 medium ( Toamto puree ) 
  • Garlic - 2-3 tbsp ( Finely Chopped ) 
  • Onion - 2-3 medium (Chopped ) 
  • Cabbage ( Optional ) - 1 Bowl or 150 gms
  • Capsicum - 1 Big ( Chopped ) 
  • Pasta Masala - 1 Sachet / Pack 
  • Cooking Oil - 2-3 tbsp 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Red chilly Powder - 1/2 tspn
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tspn
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tspn ( Optional ) 



Making - Method 

Heat oil in a pan , now add finely chopped garlic and roast it for 20-30 seconds , now add chopped onions 1 big or 2-3 medium onions ( as per your requirement ) and roast it for 1 -2 min on low to medium flame, now add Cabbage and cook for 2-3 minutes and add capsicum and cook it for 1-2 minute. 

Now as we are preparing our pasta in indian style we'll use tomato puree ( you can also add tomato ketchup / sauce or pasta / pizza seasoning sauce instead of tomatoes ) ( depends on your taste and choice ) lets add tomato puree now and cook for 3-5 minutes on low to medium flame. 

untill our puree is cooked well lets keep our pasta for boiling for 5-7 minutes or depends on what kind of pasta you are using adjust time of boiling as per your quality / type of pasta.  

now add pasta masala , add salt to taste, red chilly powder 1/2 tspn , coriander powder 1 tspn i.e optional , turmeric powder 1/2 tspn and you can also add spices of your choice in additional if needed. lets mix it well and cook for 2 minutes more. 

now add little water 4-5 tbsp to our gravy / puree ( as to mix all ingredients well with our pasta ) and cook for 1 minute and finally add our boiled pasta and give a good mix. you can keep the consistency as per your need i.e dry pasta or light or gravy thick or light ( as per your choice ) 

Ready to serve

you can garnish it as your choice - sprinkle oregano , chilly flakes and coriander leaves and cheese ( totally depends upon your choice and taste )  or just serve it simply hot.
