Here's a step-by-step guide to making the perfect potato tornado: Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Step 2: Wash and peel your potatoes. Using a spiralizer or a sharp knife, cut the potatoes into long, thin strips, twisting them into a spiral shape as you go. Step 3: Insert a skewer into the bottom of each potato tornado, making sure it goes all the way through. Step 4: Brush the potato tornadoes with oil, making sure to coat them evenly. Spinach is one of the best vegetables which has excellent source of antioxidants, Spinach has four times the beta carotene of broccoli. Its high lutein content helps to lower cholesterol and aid in eye health. After spring rolls this palak ( spinach ) cheese rolls got famous all over india - which is healthy and tasty dish. and spinach is the most important ingredient. 

Spinach also contains carbohydrates, protein, fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, iron and folic acid.

Ingredients: 

  • Spinach ( palak )  - Half Boiled - 2-3 minutes 
  • Grated Cheese 
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder
  • Dry mango powder ( Optional ) 

Making /  Method

Take a plate or a bowl , add boiled spinach ( palak ) ( half boiled ) , add salt to taste , add dry mango powder , black pepper powder , add  grated cheese and mix it well. our stuffing is ready. 

Now take samosa patti / maida sheets , fill the stuffing and roll it in the shape of spring rolls ( kind of / style ) and stick the corners using ( maida + water ) i.e maida slurry, now prepare rest of the rolls and lets deep fry it. 

Fry on medium flame till golden brown our yummy and crispy palak cheese rolls are ready to serve. 

Serve it hot with tomato chilly chutney or Green chutney or as you like.
