To give your sabji a grand taste like restaurants - this is one of the best readymade mix spices which can give you the best result and awesome taste. for the first time when i tried it i thought what could it taste like - an ordinary meal but i was proven wrong as its taste was really as i am having my meals in a restaurant. 

So i thought of sharing this one of the best recipe with you all as palak paneer is most likely indian dish and as you all know spinach is so healthy vegetable.

So lets begin with our Recipe : 

Ingredients: 

  • Onion - 3-4 medium ( Grinded )
  • Tomato - 3-4 medium ( Grinded ) 
  • Paneer - 200 gms
  • Water -  1-2 Glass
  • Green Peas - 50 gms or ( A.P.Y.R ) - Frozen or Boiled 
  • Cooking Oil 
  • Satyavijay Palak Paneer Mix
  • Spinach  - 1 bowl  ( Cooked or Boiled and grinded later )

Making /  Method

Take a small Bowl , add this spice mix i.e satyavijay readymade palak paneer masala, add little water 4-5 tbsp and mix it well. 

Now take a kadhai or frying pan , add Cooking oil and bring to heat, add grinded Onions and cook it for 2-3 minutes on low-med flame, now add chopped tomatoes and cook it for 4-5 minutes and cover it with a lid. 

Saute in the intervals and cook till the oil comes out ( separated ) 

Now Add Satyavijay Palak paneer mix and saute it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes till our spices are perfectly cooked. , now add paneer ( cut into pieces ) and also add Green peas and mix it well. also add little water only if required. 

Now time to add spinach ( boiled or cooked and grinded ) and saute it well and cook it on low flame for 5-7 minutes for final touch / Consistency and fragrance. 

Ready to Serve 

Lets serve it hot.
