"Schezwan Maggi" - Indo - Chinese Dish A Combination of Chinese ingredients and indian ingredients - We can say a mixture of 2 Countries Along With the taste ( Prepared using Maggi noodle and Vegetables like - Cabbage , Capsicum , Onion , tomatoes or Any Veges. of your Choice and Especially tossed with schezwan sauce. 
A simple Way of separating a starch from the maggi by boiling it will make it 3 times Healthier for your kids and you can Happily Prepare this dish for your Kids on weekends and even on Weekdays. 
 
 
  
    
      - 
        Cooking oil - 2-3 tbsp 
      
 
      - 
        Chopped Garlic - 7-8 cloves 
      
 
      - 
        Chopped Green chilly - 1-2 pc 
      
 
      - 
        Chopped Onion - 1 big 
      
 
      - 
        Chopped Tomato - 1 big 
      
 
      - 
        Salt to taste 
      
 
      - 
        Red chilly powder - 1 tspn
      
 
      - 
        Green Peas - 1/4 bowl ( 50-60 gms )  ( Boiled or forzen
          ) 
      
 
      - 
        Maggi Masala - 2 pkt or 2 tbsp 
      
 
      - 
        Schezwan sauce - 2-3 tspn or Chutney 1 tspn 4
      
 
      - 
        Maggi - 2-3 pkt 
      
 
      - 
        Coriander leaves - 1 bowl 
      
 
      - 
        Vegetables - ( in additional of your choice ) 
 
 
    
    Making /  Method
    
  
  
  
    Take a Pan or frying pan or kadhai - Add Oil 2-3 tbsp , Add Chopped Garlic -
    7-8 cloves , Now add Chopped Green Chilly and roast 30 seconds , now add
    Chopped Onion - 1 big and Cook it for 1-2 minutes on low - med flame. 
  
  
  
    Now Add chopped tomato - 1 big and Cook for 2-3 minutes , add salt to taste
    , Add red chilly powder - 1 tspn or you can use kashmiri lal mirch powder -
    1-2 tspn  ( for extra red colour ) , 
  
  
  
    Now Add Green peas - 1/4th bowl or 50-60 gms ( Frozen or Boiled ) and saute
    well. 
  
  
  
    Now after 1-2 minutes , add maggi masala - 2 pkt or 2 tbsp , Now add
    Schezwan Sauce - 2-3 tspn ( Schezwan sauce or Chutney - 1 tspn only ) ( As
    per your choice ) - saute it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes. 
  
  
  
    ( You can also add any other vegetables of your choice - capsicum , carrot
    ... ) 
  
  
  
    Now take a boiling utensil and boil the maggi - 2-3 pkt ( as req ) , add 1-2
    tspn oil ( High Flame ) 
  
  
    For 3-4 minutes - you can see the starch is separated - you can keep the
    texture of maggi as you like. 
  
  
  Boiling maggi makes it - easy to digest. ( especially for kids
      ) 
  
  
    Now Transfer the boiled maggi to frying pan in which we cooked our
    veges. 
  
  
  Saute it well / mix all the ingredients well. 
  
  
    Now Cover with the lid and cook for 2 minutes.  ( Low Flame ) 
  
  
  Keep consistency as required. 
  
  Add Coriander Leaves ( chopped ) and mix it well. 
  
  Our Yummy - Super Delicious Schezwan maggi noodle is now ready to
      serve. 
  
  
    Garnish with fresh Coriander leaves. and schezwan ( optional ) 
  
  and green chillies ( optional ) 
  
  Serve it hot.
