Potato Tornado Recipe

To make a potato tornado, all you need is a spiralizer or a sharp knife, some potatoes, oil, and seasonings. Here's a step-by-step guide to making the perfect potato tornado: Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Step 2: Wash and peel your potatoes. Using a spiralizer or a sharp knife, cut the potatoes into long, thin strips, twisting them into a spiral shape as you go. Step 3: Insert a skewer into the bottom of each potato tornado, making sure it goes all the way through. Step 4: Brush the potato tornadoes with oil, making sure to coat them evenly. You can use olive oil, vegetable oil, or any other oil you prefer. Step 5: Sprinkle your favorite seasoning blend ove

Tomato & Onion Crunchy Sandwich


Ingredients:

  • Onion - 2 medium
  • Tomato - 2 medium 
  • Green Chilly - 2 pc 
  • Coriander Leaves 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 tspn
  • Chat Masala -  1/2 to 1 tspn
  • Mixed Spices  ( optional ) 
  • Bread Slice - 8 slice for 4 sandwiches 
  • Ghee ( preferred for crunchiness ) - to roast


Making /  Method

First Chop the vegetables ( finely chopped - suggested ) - Onion - 2 medium , tomato - 2 medium , Green chilly - 2 pc finely chopped , coriander leaves finely chopped transfer chopped onions to a bowl. 

Now add salt to taste , red chilly powder 1/2 tspn , chat masala 1/2 to 1 tspn and mix all the ingredients well.

take bread slices put our stuffing on bread - spread well, take another slice of bread and put it, now heat a tawa / pan , apply ghee on tawa and spread it using a tissue paper ( optional ) , apply 1/2 tspn ghee heat it up and now roast the sandwich for 2-3 minutes each side on low flame , applying ghee will help to make our Sandwich much crispier / crunchy, you can also add butter or oil or can skip if you are on diet. 

now our Sandwich is ready to serve, have it simple or serve it with Tomato Ketchup or Green mint Chutney. ( totally as per your choice or taste )
