Here's a step-by-step guide to making the perfect potato tornado: Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Step 2: Wash and peel your potatoes. Using a spiralizer or a sharp knife, cut the potatoes into long, thin strips, twisting them into a spiral shape as you go. Step 3: Insert a skewer into the bottom of each potato tornado, making sure it goes all the way through. Step 4: Brush the potato tornadoes with oil, making sure to coat them evenly. Veg Kabab Recipe | Green Peas Crispy Veg Kebabs


After having potato kababs - here comes the very tasty and delicious and healthy green peas kababs, 
as we all know green vegetables - green peas are excellent source of protein , they help sugar blood control , it contains fiber which helps in digestion , it also helps control chronic disease and green peas are good source of vitamin C and E , zinc and other antioxidants that helps you strengthen your immune system. 

So lets prepare some healthy and tasty snacks -  i.e Veg Green Kabab Recipe 

Ingredients:

  • Green Peas ( Boiled - Mashed ) - 200 gms 
  • Roasted Gram flour - 20 - 30 gms
  • Boiled Potao - 200 gms
  • Crushed Paneer - 50 gms
  • Bread Crumbs - 70-80 gms
  • Green Chilly - 1-2 pc
  • Coriander Leaves - 2-3 tspn ( Chopped ) 
  • Salt To Taste
  • Black pepper Powder - 1-2 Tspn
  • Kabab / Kebab Masala - 1-2 tspn

Making /  Method

Take a bowl , add Green peas ( Boiled and mashed or Grinded Well ) ( 200 gms ) ,
now add Fresh Paneer ( Crushed ) ( 50-60 gms ) , 
Add Boiled mashed Poatoes ( 200 gms ) , add Bread Crumbs 70 - 90 gms , add Green chilly and Coriander Leaves ( Chopped ) , Now Add roasted Gramflour ( 20 - 30 gms ) , add kabab masala , add salt to taste , add black pepper powder and mix it well. prepare a tikk ( patti / kabab ) type dough. 

Now Prepare the kababs in shape you like  ( patti type or kabab type ) 
Now take a pan , add oil 7-8 tbsp ( for shallow fry ) 
Shallow Fry the kababs or you can also deep fry it for more crispy texture. 

It will take 5-8 minutes for shallow fry and 4-6 minutes for deep fry. 
Shallow fry - it will take 3-4 minutes each side
and 
Deep fry - it will take 2-3 minutes each side.
 
Now our Veg. kababs are ready to serve. 

lets serve it how with green mint chutney or tomato sauce. 
Sprinkle Lemon juice or chat masala ( Optional )
