To make a potato tornado, all you need is a spiralizer or a sharp knife, some potatoes, oil, and seasonings. Here's a step-by-step guide to making the perfect potato tornado: Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Step 2: Wash and peel your potatoes. Using a spiralizer or a sharp knife, cut the potatoes into long, thin strips, twisting them into a spiral shape as you go. Step 3: Insert a skewer into the bottom of each potato tornado, making sure it goes all the way through. Step 4: Brush the potato tornadoes with oil, making sure to coat them evenly. Maggi is another form of noodles ( Instant ramen ) sold in dried block ( precooked )
Dried Maggi noodle Are simply designed to be cooked or Soaked in boiling water 
Before eating.

The Main Ingredient used in dried noodle are Wheat flour , palm oil and Salt.
The dried noodle block Was originally created by flash frying cooking noodles.
Place of Origin - Japan. 

Ingredients :

  • Onion - 2 medium. ( Chopped )
  • Garlic -  8-10 cloves ( finely chopped ) 
  • Tomato  -  2 medium ( Chopped )
  • Capsicum - 1 big  ( Chopped )
  • Carrot  - 1 big  ( Chopped )
  • Green Peas -  2-4 tbsp ( Boiled or Frozen )
  • Butter - 1-2 tbsp
  • Water - 2-3 Glass
  • Maggi - 3 pkts
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilly Powder - 3/4th tspn
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tspn
  • Dry Mango Powder -  1/2 tspn
  • Maggi Masala Powder - 2 pkt / sachet. 


Making /  Method

Take a cooking pan or kadhai , add 1-2 tbsp Butter , Add Garlic -  8-10 cloves ( finely chopped ) , Add Onion - 2 medium. ( Chopped ) , Add Carrot  - 1 big  ( Chopped ) , 
Add Capsicum - 1 big  ( Chopped ) , Add Tomatoes  -  2 medium ( Chopped ) and cook all the veges. for 2-3 on low to medium flame.

Now Add Water - 2-3 Glass ( or as per the quantity of maggi you about to make ) , 
Now add maggi i.e  2-3 packets ( as per your requirement )  you can adjust the light gravy or dryness as per your choice. 
( add water accordingly )  

Now Add -  Salt to taste , Red Chilly Powder - 3/4th tspn , Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tspn , Dry Mango Powder -  1/2 tspn , Maggi Masala Powder - 2 pkt / sachet. 

Now Add Green Peas and and cook it for 4-6 minute on low to medium flame.
Now At last 1 minute to go , You can Add Cheese 1-2 Cubes or as per your Requirement ( totally optional ) 
 
Finally Our Vegetable Maggi is ready to serve 

You Can Garnish it with Maggi Masala, Cheese and Coriander Leaves ( Optional )
